It has a proven track record on the ice of Lake Hibara in shallow areas and is recommended for use. For improved visibility, I have applied fluorescent paint around the top guide and decorated the thread coating with glitter resin. The points of concern are color fading at the base and tip, and a slight bend in the area from the top guide to the first guide.
