I purchased this about a year ago and used it on weekends, but I've been storing it since I bought a new one. The reason for the issue is that the switch isn't working well; it doesn't respond unless you press it firmly with your fingernail. It can still charge and light up, so I think it's usable if you know how to press the switch. Please understand the above before purchasing.
