This is a uniform skirt from a kindergarten affiliated with the Konoike Gakuen series. It's size 120. I used it from the second half of the youngest class until graduation. The pleats are slightly coming out, so please purchase if you are able to care for it. The name written on the inside will be blacked out with a permanent marker. Perfect for a spare.
