This is an Asics windbreaker (nylon jacket) made for the Japanese Olympic team at the Sydney Olympics. The colors are white and navy. The size is L, with a length of 70cm, a width of 63cm, and a sleeve length of 61cm. The condition is as shown in the images. There is a small stain on the sleeve (image 9), but it's not very noticeable, and I think it's in good condition considering it's an old item from 25 years ago.
