It has been sleeping in the closet since I bought it and has never been used. There are no noticeable scratches, cracks, or stains. I think I bought it for around 50,000 yen. I believe this is a wonderful piece that embodies the essence of matcha (tea ceremony), "wabi" and "sabi."
