This is a beige, high-resilience, donut-shaped cushion. I bought it about a year ago and used it for about a month after giving birth. It's high-resilience and has some height, so I think it would be comfortable to sit on after childbirth or if you have hemorrhoids. It has a zipper, but the cover is not removable. I will disinfect it with a spray before shipping. There are no stains, scratches, tears, or fuzzing that I can see. I do not have any pets or smoke.
