This is a Metamorphose Swan Frill Tote Bag. It's lightweight and foldable, making it convenient as a second bag. There's a slight blackish stain on the bottom right of the back, but as you can see in the photos, it's not noticeable unless you look closely. There are some fold creases, but otherwise, I think there are no particular stains or other issues. I think it's generally clean, but please consider that it is a used item.
