The entire front of the thighs features Gore Windstopper panels, blocking wind and making these bib tights ideal for the coldest winter rides. The pad is the high-end PROGETTO X2 AIR pad. There are no noticeable scratches or tears. It's in good condition, except for a crack in the Castelli mark on the back and some scuffing on the reflective material. They will still perform well on winter rides. They fit perfectly on a slender person who is 173cm tall and weighs 55kg.
