I bought this in Korea. The waist ribbon is removable. I haven't worn it much, so it's in good condition. I have home-cleaned it and stored it at home. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items, as this is a pre-owned item and has been inspected by a non-professional and stored at home. It will be shipped in simple packaging.
