This is a wide turner from SUNCRAFT. The turner part is made of nylon, so it won't scratch frying pans or pots with fluorine coating. The wide, broad spatula makes it easy to flip things like omelets, which can be difficult. It's also useful for lifting out simmered fish or steaks. The handle curves at the top, with a shape that allows your hand and fingers to hook onto it, making it less likely to slip out of your hand while in use. The hole at the top can be used to hang it on a hook.
