I purchased this a few years ago through personal import. It's a set of three items: a Difrax bottle, a bottle, and two nipples. I used it a few times. It's still in good condition and can be used! This type is no longer sold. Suitable for use from 0 months. The two replacement nipples are new and unused. It's very cute when the baby can hold and drink it themselves. I think it has a design that's not very common in Japan.
