These are formal zori sandals from Kinwashi brand. The design features an elegant gold platform with white and gold thread patterned thong straps, making them ideal for formal attire such as visiting kimonos and tomesode (formal black kimonos). While there are no noticeable stains, there are some scuffs and wear on the thong straps and the sides of the platform (see photos). The underside shows some signs of use, but they are still wearable.
