The material is cotton jersey, and the opening is secured with Velcro, allowing for a full side opening. The dimensions are measured by an amateur... The waist is fully elastic and measures 54 cm when laid flat. The inseam is about 63 cm. I believe this item is useful not only during hospitalization but also makes it easier for caregivers when worn by adults who need diapers. It has only been opened for photography.
