Set of two sterling silver spoons. Sterling silver is an alloy of silver with a small amount of other metals, usually containing about 95% silver. Therefore, unlike silver products that are only plated, it also has value as silver bullion. (Approximately 9.5g per spoon x 2, measured by an amateur) They are quite old, from around the mid-Showa era, but the straw spoons themselves have been properly maintained and are in relatively good condition. However, the box and instruction manual are quite old, but they are convenient for protection and are part of the history of the antique items, so I will send them as they are.
