Thomas the Tank Engine This is a push-along toy. Purchased around 2017. When batteries are inserted, music and a whistle sound, but because it's an old item, the sound isn't clear. It's slow, the pitch is off, and the sound sometimes doesn't stop easily. No instruction manual. Even without batteries, it can still be played with as a toy, so how about it for children who love Thomas? Shipping costs will be incurred, so I cannot offer a discount.
