This is an antique toy called JINGLE SANTA CLAUS. I'm not sure if it's new or unused because it's old, but it comes with the box and fastener, and I've confirmed it works by putting in batteries. It's a rare antique. It's a toy from several decades ago. Power-on operation is OK. It belonged to my grandfather, so I believe it's quite old.
