Purchased last year. My child quickly outgrew them, so they weren't worn much. If you plan to use the heel, I think you should assume they run small. (Please check the last photo. There's quite a difference) Without using the heel, I think they're equivalent to 13 cm. I've wiped them down, but haven't washed them, so they might become even cleaner if washed.
