This is a Shinano Micro (しなのマイクロ) made, JNR Kumoni 83 HO gauge brass model. It has two pantographs on the roof. Although it's an old model, the body paint and markings are relatively good, making it a highly collectible piece. The motor and running condition have not been confirmed.
