This is a komon kimono I received from my daughter. It's a lovely kimono with a beautiful eggshell color and an abstract floral pattern. The color is a gentle shade, a bit lighter than the one in the 10th photo. I believe it's silk wool, but I'm not entirely sure. It appears to be unused with the basting threads still attached, but there's a small hole, likely from a moth, near the collar (see photo 3, near the right shoulder when worn). I noticed it when I put it on the mannequin, and because of the location, it seems difficult to wear. There's also a small hole on the sleeve. There are also some yellow stains or spots throughout, though they are not very noticeable. The pattern is cute, so it would be great for repurposing.
