I purchased this from Amazon two years ago to use as a stage costume, but I ended up wearing a different costume, so I only tried it on and kept it stored at home. The skirt has built-in inner shorts. Skirt length: 28cm from waist to hem. The tag is not attached. Comes with a cheerleading ribbon hair tie and socks that were part of the set. Please purchase with the understanding that it has been stored at home.
