The turbine head does not rotate, so it is not included. Similarly, other tools that were included at the time of purchase are also not included. The clear bin has been lightly cleaned. The switches on the handle and body have been confirmed to work. The filter in the wheel area has also been cleaned. While I cannot guarantee operation, I have confirmed that it does work.
