This is a simple black silk crepe dress. It's a remake of a Japanese kimono. I'm not familiar with kimono fabrics, but I believe it's ro (a type of summer kimono fabric). I received this unworn from a professional dressmaker I was close to over 5 years ago. It opens in the front and has matching fabric buttons. It was wearable when I received it, but I've since gained weight around the waist and can no longer wear it. I've only tried it on twice, and I've never worn it even for a short time. There is no lining. Measurements (laid flat): Bust 45cm, Length 103cm, Sleeve length 34cm. Please forgive any slight errors as these are amateur measurements. It's difficult for me to part with something I was given, but I don't think I'll be able to get rid of my protruding stomach in the future, so I'm putting it up for sale. It has the characteristic luster of silk and is a simple and elegant item. I hope someone will wear it.
