This is a set of felt. All felt is hand-washable, and the second image's left piece has antibacterial treatment. Only the red wine (dark red) color is missing a 1cm x 3cm piece, but the rest are new and unused. My mother gave these to me, but I don't do felt sewing, so I'm selling them.
