This appears to be a Japanese-made export toy for the American toy merchant Louis Marx Toys, which Nomura Toys then re-branded with their own company sticker and sold domestically. It resembles a Tonka truck in form and is made of thick sheet metal like Tonka. It's a medium-sized model, approximately 20cm long, with a lever to move the cargo bed. There is no damage, but there are some scratches. The original packaging is significantly deteriorated due to age and damage.
