The bottom two are flash-type decorations ✨ Each one is handmade, so there may be imperfections like burrs or air bubbles. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. I think that air bubbles and chips can be covered with a top coat, so they won't be noticeable. This is just my personal opinion.
