This is Seiko's first automatic watch. It was a top-of-the-line model at the time. Made in July 1958. Automatic winding. The exterior has scratches and wear due to age. The crystal and dial are clean, but there is some minor soiling. The case is a 14k gold-filled case. The timegrapher shows a daily rate of approximately +10 seconds in the flat position. (Please note that this may vary depending on the season.) The diameter of the watch, excluding the crown and lugs, is approximately 35mm. Lug width is 18mm. Considering its age, the condition is quite good. The case has light scratches and minor imperfections, but the edges are still clean. The dial has age-related discoloration and fading, but it has aged nicely and is not very noticeable. The strap is a new, aftermarket one. No accessories are included.
