Cloth zori are less likely to slip off than slippers because you grip the thong with your toes. Since they don't enclose the foot like shoes, the size is flexible, and it's okay if they're not a perfect fit. You can wear them barefoot in the summer, and with five-toe socks in the colder months, making them suitable for all seasons. The thong may feel tight at first, but it will gradually conform to your foot. You can also adjust the length of the thong from the underside.
