This is a cafe-style dollhouse, which I purchased here. The approximate dimensions are: depth 20cm, width 30cm, height 40cm. There may be some variation. The upper part of the side with the battery compartment is slightly bent. Please check the fifth photo. The table with the wine bucket that was glued to the floor has come unglued. The leftmost of the three pots that were on the wall has come off. I think the detached items can be fixed with glue, but there are marks left on the floor where the table came off. The floor also has other damage. The detached items and those that were not originally glued are placed in front of the dollhouse in the 15th photo. Since it was displayed, there are many areas that have deteriorated. There are two light switches, each controlling a separate light. Please check the 13th and 14th photos to see which areas light up with each switch. I will remove the batteries for shipping, just in case. It uses one and two CR2032 coin cell lithium batteries. I will not include these, so please prepare them if you want to use the lights. I plan to wrap the entire building in bubble wrap and ship it in a cardboard box. As it is fragile, please repair any minor damage, such as detached parts, with glue. As it is a large item, I will ship it during the daytime on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that the schedule may change depending on the weather. I am a non-smoker, but I have a cat. I am not able to check the internet much during the weekdays, so my responses may be delayed.
