I purchased this at an IENA store quite a while ago. It's a light, flared long skirt. It might be a little difficult to see, but it has a cotton lining, about 46cm long (including the width of the elastic waistband), measured from the top of the waist. The design allows a slight see-through effect of the leg line from about 11-12cm above the knee down (see the last image). The back is longer than the front, and it has some tucks, creating a beautiful flared design. I think it also has a slight sheen, perhaps because the outer fabric contains triacetate. I haven't worn it many times, but I liked it, so I've kept it stored at home for a long time.
