This is a subdued and beautiful light brown obi (similar to what would be called Courreges today) with a subtle sheen. Embroidered patterns with different designs are featured in three places on both the front and back, suggesting it can be worn on either side. Please note that the color may appear different from the actual item due to lighting conditions during photography. Photo 8 shows the closest representation of the actual color. The material is likely silk, given the era, but this is not certain. This item has been stored at home for a long time. While there isn't much sign of use and no major damage is visible, there are some fine wrinkles, color changes around the edges, and slight warping of the fabric, primarily at the beginning of the roll, due to long-term storage (Photo 10). Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned or are particularly sensitive to these details. It will be folded small, placed in a plastic bag, and shipped using recycled materials. Please be aware that there may be fold lines.
