The Zeta was purchased in May 2024, the Zeta Plus in March 2024, and the ReZEL in April 2024, and have been stored in the box since then. The new parts bags are unopened. If there are any problems with the parts after opening, please contact the manufacturer directly. The box was opened for photography, but after the photos were taken, the box was put back together and stored inside. The outer box is also in a clean condition.
