I purchased this at Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens for around 10,000 yen and wore it about 2 or 3 times before storing it at home. There are no noticeable stains, and it's still in good condition. It's a simple navy outer with a cute striped lining. The sleeves can be rolled up and secured, so it can be worn for a long season. I forgot which store I bought it from, and for some reason, I can't find the brand tag, but I haven't worn it much, and I think it's still in beautiful condition. I plan to list many adult clothes.
