I bought this at Universal Studios on a trip and only used it for one day, hanging it around my neck. I didn't put any popcorn in it. I've confirmed that it lights up and flashes. I'll ship it with the batteries in it, so please replace them when they run out☆ There are no stains, but there's a small scratch on the part where the strap attaches. It's in the blue circle. You probably won't even notice it (photo 18). One of the instruction tags is missing, and the other one is very wrinkled. It looks great at a glance, with no noticeable scratches, but if you're very particular, you might be concerned about some minor, light scratches. Please understand that this is a personal inspection and has been stored at home. I'm not currently considering selling individual items or lowering the price. #HalloweenOnMercari
