This is a prize from the "Chikawa Colorful Tote ②" gashapon (capsule toy) machine. The character is Otter. It is unopened and brand new. I haven't taken it out of the bag, so I haven't confirmed the contents, but I believe the character is definitely Otter. Since it is unopened, I have not checked the quality of the item itself.
