The stamp you see is an old one issued after World War I to pray for peace. It is one of the 18th to 21st oldest commemorative stamps in Japan. It is an antique that is 106 years old since its issuance. I believe the stamp face is clean, but the gum on the two stamps in the photo shows discoloration and wrinkles.
