I took a thick, heavy rinzu kimono, unpicked it, washed it, and remade it into a skirt. The pattern is such that you wouldn't believe it was a kimono. It rolls up easily and doesn't wrinkle, making it perfect for travel. The silhouette is completely different from the skirts I've made before. It drapes beautifully, and the texture is silky smooth. I think this rinzu fabric is something you don't often find these days. The waistband uses 75cm of high-quality elastic. Please sew it to your desired length. Waist size up to 70cm is possible. Skirt length up to 85cm. Length can be custom ordered.
