Purchased from Urban Research about two years ago. It's soft and comfortable to wear, and it covers the shoulders nicely. I haven't worn it much, but there is some slight pilling. Instant purchase is okay. It's been stored at home (no pets, no smokers), so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details or do not understand used items.
