This is a Selmer-modified mouthpiece crafted by Mr. Yoshiyuki Yamanaka before he started selling his own mouthpieces. According to Mr. Yamanaka, Selmer mouthpieces sound amazing when modified, and this one was commissioned about 20 years ago. It's a shame to let it go, but I'm selling it because I no longer have an alto saxophone. While it doesn't have a flashy sound, you can enjoy the classic, good old jazz sound.
