This is the initial version of the Complete Selection Modification (CSM) Den-O Belt, Version 1. It is the predecessor to the currently popular ver. 2. I have confirmed that the various sounds function when batteries are inserted. However, possibly due to poor storage conditions, the belt portion is damaged, and there are signs of peeling on the surface. Regarding the outer box, it appears to be missing the exterior plastic and is exposed. I will add photos, so please check them for confirmation.
