They prevent nipples and areolas from peeking out from cosplay outfits, and they also help prevent visible nipples when bending over or raising your arms, as well as preventing chafing from clothing. During this time of year, the inside of your bra can get stuffy, causing itchy nipples or heat rash! Nipple covers can help alleviate those issues. They are breathable and the adhesive is less likely to cause irritation. They are water-resistant, so you can use them with swimwear, but they may come off. Silicone ones are better for swimwear.
