This is a navy cut-and-sew top from MUJI. It's made of a thick T-shirt-like material, but with a sweatshirt-like design, and the neckline is neither too tight nor too loose, making it easy to wear. The wrists are also ribbed. Because it's made of cotton and navy material, there are some areas that appear slightly faded. I've determined that there are no noticeable stains or damage, but due to the wear and the slight fading, I've marked it as having some scratches or stains. I believe this is a well-made item typical of MUJI that you can use for a long time, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to the condition. No pets, no smokers, and I don't use strongly scented fabric softener.
