The long scissors are by T. INOUE, and I believe it says T. INOUE, JC-308 faintly. There are many rust spots and small scratches, and those areas have some slight chipping, but overall, it seems like it can be used without any particular problems. The current feel and sharpness are very good. For reference, it cuts tissue very sharply and well without snagging. I had it sharpened, so I think you can use it right away, but if you are looking for a particular sharpness, please sharpen and adjust it yourself before using it.
