I purchased this here. I wore it once for a short time when I went to Universal Studios Japan. I styled a commercially available bear hat to look like Tim (from the Minions). It keeps the face and ears warm, perfect for this time of year! This is a handmade item, so please understand. Size: 48-50 cm I think it can be worn by children aged 1 to 3 years old!
