This is an official Snap-on diecast model. The base model is a 1950s Ford. It's a custom hot rod machine themed around Snap-on. It has a very interesting design, with Snap-on logos on the seats and floor mats, and flames that are made of tools. Also, a toolbox is loaded in the trunk. The model itself was manufactured by Racing Champions. It's not a very well-known manufacturer, but I think the quality is quite high. The engine, in particular, has a lot of detailed craftsmanship, and it has a precision feel that rivals Franklin Mint and Danbury Mint. The spare tire in the trunk can be removed. The underside of the chassis also has the same detailed craftsmanship as a 1/18 scale model. As a bonus this time, I will also include a 1/38 scale Chevy Town Truck from the same series. This is toy quality, so I hope you enjoy it as a casual interior decoration. Both boxes have some sun damage, but the models themselves are in good condition.
