I was using this to study for the landscaping practical exam. I used it during outdoor practice, so there are parts that got wet and have wrinkles and dirt on the pages. Therefore, I'm considering the condition to be poor. Please be aware that this is for people who just want to read it. I will package it to prevent it from getting wet and ship it.
