This is a Karin Tower pen figure. Please note that it does not function as a pen. It was in this condition when I purchased it used. I personally liked the character it had and displayed it with my Assemble Collection, but I'm reluctantly selling it due to a layout change. I'm not sure if it's dirt or a repaint, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
