These shorts are cute with ribbons, embroidery, and rhinestones. The decorations are intact, and I think they're in relatively good condition. I don't see any stains or dirt in particular, but please understand that this is a personal inspection, and the item is used. There is a mark on the tag where a name sticker was removed.
