Although it is new and unused, there are some scratches on the square gold leaf sections of the plate's surface due to storage, so it is listed as "Like New." Please check photos 2-4 for the scratches on the gold leaf sections. There are scratches like those shown in the photos on multiple gold leaf sections. These scratches were discovered and recognized during inspection, so they are not noticeable at all when used daily or displayed for viewing. The gold is a soft material, so it is believed that these scratches occurred only on the gold leaf sections. It has not been used as tableware.
