This is a light cotton dress. It's for 2-year-olds, so it should fit children around 1.5 to 2.5 years old. The color in the second picture is the closest to the actual item. Upon inspection, I found that the waist string's base was frayed and slightly tearing the fabric, so I'm listing it at the lowest price. The string can still be tied and shouldn't be noticeable, but I'd like to sell it to someone who understands that it's a used item.
