This is a cooling seat that can be attached to a child seat or stroller with strings. It can hold cold packs for the head and back. (Cold packs are not included.) There are no major stains, but there is a pinkish stain on the head part in image 5, and some pilling in several places. No fabric softener was used during home cleaning. We do not have any pets or smokers.
